Flyer of AI in education that shows more information on a nationwide deliberation on the use of AI in high schools.

Join us for an interactive event that will spark engaging discussions among students about crucial AI subjects, including generative AI and the role of accessible tools like ChatGPT. During these thought-provoking conversations, we'll delve into the ways AI shapes assignments, tests, plagiarism concerns, and the nurturing of critical thinking skills in high school. We'll explore the potential repercussions of integrating AI into education, shedding light on a range of educator responses to the increasing use of AI for assignments.

As participants, you'll engage in enriching conversations and have the chance to earn service hours, receive a certificate of participation, and access valuable insights from a college advice panel featuring Stanford students.

This online event will be hosted on Stanford's Online Deliberation Platform. Students will participate in group discussion sessions and plenary sessions with subject matter experts who will answer questions from the groups.  All high school students are welcome to join.
